FINALLY!

We FINALLY have a house, we FINALLY have the internet and I am FINALLY posting a new blog.

We have a house! We have been in our cute new house for about 2 almost 3 weeks now. It is so fun and a little stressful but totally worth it. For those of you looking to buy a house or upgrade to a larger apartment here are a few things to remember that we didn’t…1.You will have more than 1 bathroom so you will need a new shower curtain, rod, cute curtain holder thingys, garbage can, towels, rugs etc… 2.You will have plenty more windows which will need blinds, which aren’t cheap if you want attractive ones. (we have yet to have them so forget going out to get a drink at night in you underpants because you will give the neighborhood a show.. or a nightmare?) 3. You will most likely need a fridge, washer and dryer, lawn mower, edger, new TV (if you previous one was too small to tell which Jazz player just made the 3 pointer), a cable provider, an internet provider, a guest bed (if wanted).. You get the point right? 4. the most important thing of course decorating the house!! Don’t get your hopes up because that is going to be a long, slow process because you have little to no money left. Especially if you have awesome luck like we do. Our beautiful car that we love dearly…NOT… decided to explode the DAY AFTER we signed our life away to this house. Yes the neon, or like I like to call it the peeon, decided that she didn’t like the feel of the transmission anymore. So we replaced the transmission and then the Rodeo decided to give us a hard time too, thankfully it was just a wire gone wild and they fixed that up. So $2400.00 later we have 2 repaired cars and a hole in our hearts. But at least we have a house!

Yeah I know the pictures are way blurry, I got them off my email from my mother-in-law, I am too lazy to figure out why and I have to go to work so I promise the next ones will look much better. Just pretend…

So there is a small preview. Notice how the cabinets in the kitchen are very…Ugly, well I am painting them right now, that is why we are still unorganized there are still kitchen boxes everywhere. I am almost done and I will show the finished product. I am excited about it! Yay for new houses!!!
