Sunday we had Reese’s baby blessing. It was wonderful. I was so grateful for all the support we got from our amazing family and friends. I was also so grateful that my husband is a worthy priesthood holder and could give Reese a name and a blessing, it was great to see a lot of the men in our families go up there and be a part of it. I was a little bummed because Reese was fussing a little bit and that is ALL I could hear, I was trying so hard to just focus on Dustin’s voice but all I could hear was Reese. But I know it was great and Dustin and a few other people told me what was said that they could remember so it ended up being okay. She looked so pretty!
She was not too impressed with all the love she was getting and she was so tired, she was being a little fussy, but once everyone left she took a good long nap and she was a whole new woman.
We had donuts, muffins and hot chocolate at our house after church.
